Free to Use

Our dishware is FREE to borrow, though we kindly accept donations.

Borrow for 4 Days

You may request the dishware for a maximum of 4 days (unless approved by special request)

Return Clean

You are responsible for picking up the dishware, washing after use, re-counting, and returning.
Dishware is expected to be clean and undamaged upon return.

Easy-to-Avoid Fees

Your card will be on file ONLY to be charged if there is a late return, the dishes are returned
unclean, or if there is any lost/broken dishware.

Terms of Agreement

We will contact you to collect card information for potential late ($5 per day), damaged, and lost fees ($5 per small dish and $10 per large dish, see below). Dishes returned unclean will also incur fees ($20 flat fee). Please initial below to agree.

REUSABLE TERMS AND AGREEMENTS

By requesting Zero Waste McMinnville's (ZWM) reusable dishware, I understand that while ZWM requires that all dishware be run through a dishwasher before being returned, ZWM makes no representations or guarantees as to the cleanliness of the dishware. ZWM recommends that all dishware be washed and sanitized before use. ZWM is not liable for any damages or injuries that may arise from the use of the dishware; and, I agree to indemnify, defend and
hold harmless ZWM, its officials, agents and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, losses
and expenses, including legal fees arising out of or in any way associated with the use of the dishware made
available by ZWM.

Lost or broken fees are as follows:

$10 fee for lost or broken large items. This includes all plates, bowls, and stainless steel cups

$5 fee to lost or broken small items. This includes all cutlery, tasting cups, sauce cups, and aluminum cups.

In addition, I also agree to do my best to minimize loss, by announcing and posting
included signage to inform all guests the items are reusable. By requesting reusable dishware I acknowledge I have
read this agreement.
